One-to-One Coaching

A facilitative relationship in which a coach and an executive candidate work together to achieve improved performance for the executive.

Clear Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are agreed at the outset of the process and measured throughout. This is a results-driven program - the investment of time and resources is linked to clear outcomes for each executive, as well as the organisation.

Coaching Workshop's one-to-one coaching is delivered within a proven framework that is also a flexible process tailored to the individual requirements of the company and executive. Each of our coaches has a range of tools and methodologies from which they draw, ensuring that your investment produces lasting change and solid results.

Once clear goals are established, a baseline (the 'current reality') is set. The coach and executive explore options for closing the gap between the goals that have been set and the executive's current baseline.

Engaging new approaches leads to the acquisition of new skill-sets and behaviours. The executive's new thinking, abilities and behaviours are internally driven and the executive acquires a 'coach approach' in the workplace. This means that improvements in performance continue long after the coaching series has terminated.
